automotive park, offices and a championship golf course.
It consists of three districts connected by a 30 kilometre internal road network
and creek side promenade. The existing community offers villas and apartments

With a workforce of over 4000 staff directly employed, allowing a greater control
on quality and flexibility, Emrill commands a steady growth since its formation
with the expertise of its operating company, Carillion Plc and its shareholders
which include Al-Futtaim Group and Emaar Properties.
