Toys "R" Us sponsors popular game show

Toys "R" Us, the world's favourite toy retailer, announced its sponsorship of the popular UK produced game show "Ben 10: Ultimate Challenge" premiering on Cartoon Network Arabic this month.

In this fast and furious all-action game show, 36 Middle Eastern Ben 10 super fans, will battle it out against each other in the ultimate test of alien skills, strength and knowledge.

Ben 10: Ultimate Challenge is based on a cartoon and revolves around Ben Tennyson, a young boy who acquires a watch-like alien device called the Omnitrix (later the Ultimatrix) attached to his wrist that allows him to turn into different super-powered aliens.

The game-show format will see kids tasked with Ben 10 general knowledge rounds, as well as physical and mental agility tests and an ambitious assault course. In each episode the contestants will be in Ben's secret base, where they can learn how to use the Omnitrix and stand to fight the evil Vilgax.

Ben 10: Ultimate Challenge is currently on air on Cartoon Network Arabic at 06:30pm (UAE time) every Thursday with repeats at 01:30pm (UAE time) on Fridays and 5:05pm (UAE time) on Mondays. The show will run through to January 5, 2012.

Fans of Ben 10 can visit any Toys "R" Us store for the most comprehensive range of alien hero products including action figures, watches, costumes and games in addition to the recently launched Ben 10: Ultimate Alien limited edition 'Gold' merchandise.

The limited edition 'Gold' range includes popular characters Humungosaur, Echo Echo and Rath from the hit cartoon series. Also available at Toys "R" Us are the Ultimate Ominitrix Hero Collection, Ben 10 Ultimate Alien Ben Dx Car, Ben 10: Ultimate Alien Complete Rustbucket and the Ultimatrix.

The Ben 10: Ultimate Alien merchandise is available across all Toys "R" Us stores in the UAE, starting at AED 35/-.
