Annual Emrill Carnival ends with Smiles all around
More than 4000 Emrill employees engaged, connected and rejoiced with each other
as the UAE's leading facilities management company celebrated the end of their
3 month Annual Carnival earlier this week.
Committed to being the best facilities management institution in the country,
Emrill ensures their employees are recognised for their commitment and contribution
to the company's growth. An appointed and dedicated Employee Welfare Manager
looks after the needs and interests of employees including developing programs
and initiatives for the benefit of employees. The Emrill Centre of Excellence
training centre assists with developing and upskilling employees. These include
programmes for self-improvement including English classes which are available
to all employees.
Other employee initiatives include the Emrill Ambassador program, Long Service
Awards, Employee of the Month, Sports and Social Activities, Loyalty Bonuses
and other incentive programmes

The Annual Emrill Carnival provides the perfect opportunity for employees to
come together to compete in numerous exciting events and use their skills outside
the work environment. This year proved a roaring success with over 2800 entries
for participation in 22 events with weekends reserved for major team events
such as cricket, football and track races.
The highlight of the carnival has always been the closing ceremony, and this
year was no exception with a celebratory atmosphere filled with live entertainment,
an exciting feast and an awards ceremony to celebrate the carnival winner's
as well as Emrill Employee Awards. Categories in the Emrill Employee awards
included Long Service, Employee of the Year, Best Initiative of the Year and
Participants in the different competitions were able to represent their respective
sites which competed for the overall prize. This year's event witnessed many
exciting matches with an incredible amount of support, encouragement and cheering
for all the participants from the crowd.
