Al-Futtaim Motors honoured by Dubai Police

At a ceremony held on 23rd February, Al-Futtaim Motors, exclusive distributors of Toyota in the UAE were presented with certificates of appreciation by Dubai Police, "in recognition of their sincere efforts and continuous cooperation with the General Directorate of Operations, for business contributions which have had a great impact in the development of Dubai Police's performance".

The awards were presented by Brigadier Anas Al Matrooshi, Deputy Director Transport and Rescue, Dubai Police and received on behalf of Al-Futtaim Motors by Len Hunt, President - Automotive, Al-Futtaim

Upon receiving the award, Mr. Len Hunt commented: "The occasion marks the first time that Al-Futtaim Motors has received such an honour from Dubai Police, and the achievement is all the more noteworthy for the fact that other organisations to receive the top accolade were predominantly government organisations. We are proud to have a long standing relationship with Dubai Police which was recently strengthened with the handover of a fleet of 35 Toyota Land Cruiser Prado's"

As many as 50 suppliers from areas as broad as education, automotive, and marine engineering were all granted one of the prestigious annual tiered awards.
